as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
This accessibility statement applies to all websites operated under the editorial and technical responsibility

This declaration is made in accordance with §12 BFSG in conjunction with §4 BITV 2.0 and the harmonized standard EN 301 549.
The RH Group is committed to achieving full accessibility for all digital services by December 31, 2025, at the latest.

As of June 10, 2025:
Some websites are already fully accessible. Others are currently being optimized or scheduled for complete redevelopment
(e.g., CMS migration). Full implementation of all measures will be completed by December 31, 2025.

• Missing or insufficient alternative text for images
• Limited keyboard operability for certain modules
• Missing semantic markup (e.g., ARIA roles)

5. Disproportionate Burden (§ 4 para. 2 BFSG)

Some external content (e.g., booking systems, map modules, YouTube videos) cannot currently be made accessible because they are outside our editorial and technical control.
Implementing accessibility for these elements would represent a disproportionate economic burden.
However, we actively encourage our third-party providers to improve accessibility.

• Time-limited legacy content created before the BFSG came into effect on June 28, 2025
